Sora sells 23.2% of units at weekend launch

The average unit price was $2,160 per sq ft. 

Sora sold 23.2% or 102 of its 440 units during its weekend launch on 6-7 July.

SingHaiyi, the developer, said that the units were sold at an average price of $2,160 per sq ft. A total of 320 units were launched over the weekend.

Sora offers 1-bedroom + study rooms, starting from less than $1m to 5-bedroom options. The most popular units are the 1-bedroom + study, which has sold over 80% of the available units.

Only 30% of the buyers are from Jurong and Clementi. In addition, SingHaiyi said that more than half of the buyers are under 40 years old.

The Sora Gallery on Prinsep Street will be closed from 8 to 12 July and will reopen to the public on 13 July. It will be open for viewing daily from 10 am to 8 pm.
