Golden Agri-Resources names Jesslyne Widjaja as director
She will be responsible for the company's corporate strategy and business development.
Golden Agri-Resources announced the appointment of Jesslyne Widjaja as director.
Ms Widjaja, 29, will oversee all corporate strategy, business development and organizational development activities.
Before joining the Group, she started her working experience in the fields of corporate finance and business consulting with a leading financial institution and consulting firm in the United States. She obtained her Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 2010 with a finance concentration, where she graduated as a Palmer Scholar. Ms. Widjaja graduated from the University of California Los Angeles, Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering 2006, according to a Golden Agri-Resources report.
She joined the Group as vice president, corporate finance in October 2011, and will assume the responsibilities of corporate strategy, business development and organizational development upon her promotion to director - corporate strategy & business development. Before this she was investment banking associate of Citigroup Global Markets New York from 2010 to 2011 and business analyst of Deloitte Consulting LLP New York from 2006 to 2008.
