Golden Agri-Resources names Paul John Hickman as Head of Global Vegetable Oils and Oilseeds

He joins the company after 25 years with Cargill International Trading Pte Ltd.

The Board of Golden Agri-Resources announced the appointment of Paul John Hickman as Head of Global Vegetable Oils and Oilseeds effective 2 January 2013.

Mr Hickman, 47, will lead all merchandising, trading and distribution activities of GAR's global product flows including the management of commercial aspects of GAR's global downstream assets.

Paul joins the company after 25 years with Cargill International Trading Pte Ltd, the last 16 years based in Singapore as head of global vegetable oils and risk management, and grains and oilseeds in South-East Asia, according to a Golden Agri-Resources report.
