Yoma Strategic Holdings announced the resignation of Jeremy Noel Westmore as group general manager.
Mr Westmore, 53, oversaw certain areas of the group's non-real estate businesses including agricultural, according to a Yoma Strategic Holdings report.
He was appointed to the post on 1 December 2012.
