Noble Group appoints Richard Margolis as director
He is a former diplomat, investment banker and businessman with more than 30 years' experience in Greater China.
The Board of Noble Group announced the appointment of Richard Margolis as non-executive director.
Mr Margolis, 63, will also be a Corporate Governance Committee member, and a Government Relations Committee member.
At present, he is senior China adviser to the Holdingham Group, parent of Hakluyt & Company, an international consulting and advisory firm; and senior adviser to Rothschild, the investment bank. Prior to this, he was regional director, North East Asia for Rolls-Royce from 2003 to 2011, according to a Noble Group report.
