Cloud4C triumphs at SBR's Technology Excellence Awards

Cloud4C’s low code platform SHOP, allows for multiple tools and platforms to be fully integrated onto a single system.

Cloud4C emerged the winner in the Cloud - IT Services category at the annual Singapore Business Review's (SBR) Technology Excellence Awards. Technology Excellence Awards, held annually by SBR, a leading business magazine serving Singapore's dynamic business community, recognizes outstanding companies worldwide which have made exceptional contributions in pursuit of technological innovation.

The award recognizes Cloud4C’s process innovation in developing application- focused solutions that helps enterprises fast-track their cloud adoption journey. Through the automated platform Self-Healing Operations Platform (SHOP), Cloud4C developed a more streamlined approach to deliver end to end migration modernization and managed services. Through the implementation of SHOP, Cloud4C improved operational efficiency by 33%, improving engineering efficiency by 50% and saw a 50% outage reduction.

Having worked with more than 4000 customers across the world from different industries, Cloud4C understands that the journey towards digital transformation is not just a factor of technology and processes, but also in its efficient delivery: day in, and day out. One issue where strategy plays a key role in achieving this goal is through managing various infrastructure and applications, and then merging them into one single system that gives users a single perspective of all situations.

Cloud4C’s Self Healing Operations Platform (SHOP) is a platform that is built for this very purpose. Designed to integrate different tools and platforms that are required to deliver managed services to enterprises, its main objective is to bring dozens of diverse operational platforms and tools—including auto-remediation and self-healing—onto a single system so all the infrastructure and applications can be managed and viewed through a single pane of glass.

By focusing on four key functions, SHOP has a proven track record of optimizing service desk processes, enhanced efficiency and reduced costs. Predictive and Preventive abilities
By using clustering and regression models, SHOP can predict any anomalies that might lead to outages in a system. This ensures that the problems are quickly dealt with even before they occur.

Collective Knowledge
SHOP is also a full-stack infrastructure and Business Activity Monitoring solution that enables a 360-degree view of all the data relevant to flagging early warnings and issues.

Situational Awareness
SHOP collects all contextual data at the time of the anomaly to present relevant root cause scenarios. This allows more coherent and complete responses.

Remedial & Autonomous
Cloud4C’s home-grown ML engine ensures the best possible remedial actions are suitable to the problem and the system.

As a leading Cloud Managed Services provider in the region, Cloud4C has strong partnerships with Public Cloud Providers to help enterprises accelerate their digital transformation journey on the cloud. This includes collaborating with Google Cloud to build a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for SAP and Anthos on Google Cloud. More recently, Cloud4C also partnered with Citrix as an Infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) partner to offer Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops service for enterprises to leverage unmatched security and mobile workforce capabilities.

The Technology Excellence Awards, presented by Singapore Business Review, was held via studio award presentations and video conferencing sessions throughout the second and third week of April.
