With its aim to improve process efficiency and productivity, develop and manufacture eco-friendly biodegradable products for varied industries and applications and improve business cost competitiveness, the company re-engineered its pallet to be better, rigid, and lighter in performance.
Their new generation GPac Pallet is backed by recycling wood, from Industries, and sawmill downstream wood. GPac pallets are truly the solution to green packaging being environmentally friendly from raw material. GPac Pallets are resistant to moisture, termite attacks and fungi, and their patented design makes them easily stackable and stored. All GPac Pallets are ISPM15- exempted and RoHS compliant, which makes customs clearance a breeze
Manufactured in Malaysia, GPac compressed pallets are used by various industries such as Electronics, Petrol- Chemical Sector, Pharmaceutical Sector, and Supply Chain and Logistics.
These compressed pallets are made from wood waste materials that provide logistics support to the supply chain. Manufacturers use these pallets to ship or export, warehouse & transport their products. The company can manufacture approximately 100,000 pcs annually and export them to Japan, the Philippines, India, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand, etc
LHT GPac pallets do not require heat treatment. it can be stackable, rackable, nestable using no nails and barks—and it’s 100% biodegradable. Since it’s machine-made, the pallet’s weight, quality, and supply are consistent. Moreover, it’s chemical- and pest-resistant, with low moisture and a lower carbon footprint. At the end of the product life cycle of these environmental pallets, the wood products return to the earth as compost and fertilizer.
The company plans to create LHT GPac pallets that have a whole series of sizes to provide innovative packaging solutions for waste reduction. Through re-engineering various aspects of the packaging materials—including shape, sizes, functionality and capacity—wastage are reduced and functionality is improved significantly.
