Zave wins Software Award for startup at SBR TEA 2020
The company developed a platform for the effective collaboration of organizations with services providers.
Zave’s innovative namesake product, Zave, bagged the Software Award for startup during Singapore Business Review’s recently concluded Technology Excellence Awards.
The platform was designed to answer two pain points: transferring all communications of unstructured emails to a systematized workflow software and implementing a company dashboard so that staff can view all vital compliance dates, deadlines, registrations and exemptions.
At present, more than 2,500 entities use Zave for their organizations. The system has also accomplished over 4,400 tasks in their pipeline.
Zave enables corporate secretaries, accountants and their clients to keep an eye on important dates and deadlines, facilitate engagements between parties, and safeguard essential corporate documents all within the software’s cloud.
Its tracking features ensure that nothing essential is neglected or overlooked. Users can monitor important compliance aspects in one location alongside members of their company’s board of directors and relevant shareholders.
It also has a deep integration with Xero, a cloud accounting software. This fusion permits bank reconciliations as well as inputting and approving employee costs and bills. It also reviews important financial information.
Apart from this, Zave has constructed a flourishing Partner Program with forward-thinking professional services firms in order to disseminate the importance of technology adoption in a sector that is still extremely unfamiliar to cloud. Just over 30 firms use the platform in Singapore.
Zave users can also say goodbye to nettlesome email chains and welcome modern task management through partnering with a Zave firm. This feature guarantees that clients are never out of the loop when it comes to outstanding tasks, project statuses and employee assignments.
This secures extra support for users, especially in increased value services like audit mergers and acquisitions advisory as well as asset and company valuation functions, to name a few.
As of writing, the partnership has already onboarded over 30 professional services firms for their clients.
As for storage, Zave has eliminated the need to unearth crucial company files and information through its chronological index, which was designed for users to discover and share data to stakeholders with a mere click of a button.
Regardless of enterprise size or stage, Zave allows users to conveniently access all necessary compliance and financial data in a singular location.
Zave envisions an environment where entrepreneurs can conveniently establish and nurture their businesses by allowing investment firms to oversee, organize and construct their portfolios and warranting professional services providers to interact with their patrons and evolve their strategies.
While creating a groundbreaking platform is already an exceptional feat, the company is looking forward to managing 500,000 legal entities worldwide by 2025.
The Technology Excellence Awards, presented by Singapore Business Review, was held via video conferencing throughout the first and third week of June.
This year’s nominations were judged by a panel consisting of Daryl Pereira, Head of Cyber at KPMG; Cheang Wai Keat, Head of Advisory Services in Singapore and ASEAN Technology Consulting Leader at Ernst & Young; Chin Chee Choon, Advisory Leader and Assurance Director at Nexia TS; Rizwi Wun, Partner, Acting Head of Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group at RHTLaw Asia; Carolyn Chin-Parry, Managing Director and Digital Accelerator Leader at PwC.
