Aditi Kohli

Aditi is responsible for scaling Near’s business in the region with key partnerships and strategic deals. She is also responsible for driving adoption of Near’s products amongst brands and enterprises for their data-driven decisions.

Aditi comes with extensive digital experience covering various entrepreneurial and leadership roles in technology, media & entertainment industry in APAC. She has a proven track record in transforming and nurturing business from scratch to multi mil$ revenue. Prior to Near, Aditi worked with The Walt Disney company focusing on building quality interactive products, delivering high value partnerships and enhancing digital engagement & growth.
 

Aditya Luthra

Aditya is the Security Director– Security Solutions for the Asia Pacific Region at International SOS and Control Risks. Based currently in Singapore, Aditya leads client engagements around Asia and Australasia, developing bespoke solutions in support of organisations and managing their travel risk mitigation strategies, policies and procedures.

Aditya has overseen the team’s development of actionable intelligence to incident management teams and clients on the ground during crises and emergencies, notably during the elections and ensuing violence in Papua New Guinea (2017), the Resorts World Manila attack (2017), the Islamic State-inspired attacks in Dhaka and Jakarta (2016), in the aftermath of the earthquake in Nepal (2015) and Super Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines (2013) and during the political turmoil in Bangladesh and Thailand (2013-14).

Aditya has a Juris Doctorate from The George Washington University Law School, where his research focused on militancy in Pakistan’s tribal belt. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of California, Irvine.

Adrian Bugaian

Adrian Bugaian is the Delivery Partner at Endava APAC, with 15+ years of experience in the tech industry. He started his career in the Banking space, and since 2017, he has been working on providing innovative solutions for Trading and Exchange platforms in the Asian market, being a strong pillar for Endava’s expansion in the region.

Adrian Tan

Adrian Tan is Head of Labs, Pacific for WeWork. Prior to this, he was the program director of Vietnam Innovative Startup Accelerator (VIISA) an accelerator and US$6m seed stage fund based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Previously, Adrian was a Lean Startup Coach and Program Manager at Joyful Frog Digital Incubator (JFDI Asia), Southeast Asia’s first accelerator. While also supporting corporate and innovation programs based on lean startup and design-thinking, he also helped to kickstart JFDI Discover, a 3-week online pre-acceleration course and has coached over 1000 startup founders in the region.

Aidan Healy

Aidan has more than 16 years of international business experience in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. He is a Chartered Accountant from Ireland who lives in Singapore and specialises in assisting startups and established businesses with their company incorporations needs.

Akshay Mendon

Akshay Mendon leads the Singapore Office of global executive search and leadership hiring firm EMA Partners International. Over the last 15 years he has executed leadership hiring mandates across Healthcare, Consumer, Industrial and Energy.
