Anup Changaroth
Anup Changaroth is Senior Director for Strategic Business Development and APAC Chief Technology Office at Ciena, where he is responsible for driving growth across Asia Pacific, as well as leading the regional Engineering Operations and Product Line Management teams for Ciena’s hardware and software solutions.
Previously, Anup was Ciena’s Director of Asia Pacific Marketing, responsible for product portfolio marketing, as well analyst and media engagements. He has been involved in the telecommunications field for over 25 years, since designing and building his own V.23 modem in the late ‘80s as a student.
Prior to Ciena’s acquisition of Nortel’s Metro Ethernet Networks division, Anup led various teams at Nortel, including regional product line management for Nortel’s Carrier Data Products in Asia Pacific, the solutions marketing team for Nortel’s Local Internet division, and Nortel’s optical Ethernet marketing strategy across Asia Pacific. Prior to Nortel, Anup held several positions at Motorola's Information Systems Group.
Anup holds an Honours Degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the City University, London; a Marketing Management Diploma from Columbia University, U.S.; as well as a Diploma in Electronics Engineering from the Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore.

Arlene Wherrett
Arlene Wherrett is the Vice President & Managing Director for Sage Asia responsible for accelerating the growth of Sage’s business in Asia. Working closely with Sage’s loyal business partners, Arlene will build on the successful business established in the region over the last two decades.
Arlene has over 20 years of experience, managing businesses within the IT and Services industries across Asia Pacific leveraging her strong leadership skills and deep industry expertise. She has in the past, held General Manager positions with multi-national corporations including Mercer, Marsh and SAI Global. Prior to joining Sage in early 2017, she held the position of Managing Director, Australia with the highly successful Salesforce implementation partner, Bluewolf, an IBM company.
Before undertaking her current role at Sage Asia, she was previously at Sage Australia, where she held the role of Vice President, Services, for Sage Asia Pacific, growing the professional services, customer support and learning services business.
Arlene graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from Trent University in Canada and has a Masters of Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Australia.
Arlene is also a certified Gallup Strengths coach and has led leadership development workshops for numerous organisations across Asia Pacific, in addition to the various business groups at Sage.
Arnaud De Bruyn
Arnaud De Bruyn is a marketing professor at ESSEC Business School. His research focuses on marketing analytics, direct and interactive marketing, and marketing engineering. He has been published in Marketing Science, Management Science, Information Systems Research, amongst other journals. He has multiple scientific prizes for his work on viral marketing. Arnaud is Distinguished Visiting Research Scholar at the Institute for the Study of Business Markets. He has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, where he has accompanied more than 40 non-profit organizations to help them optimize their direct marketing. He holds a PhD in Business Administration from Penn State University.
Arthur Fernandez
As Chief Growth Officer, Arthur is responsible for Jcurve’s revenue growth across all markets by aligning all revenue-generating activities across sales, marketing, and operations. Arthur brings over 30 years of proven international experience, developing solutions for organizations across finance, banking, construction, healthcare, commerce, retail, logistics, manufacturing, non-profit, and social enterprise industries. With a strong background working with start-ups through to multi-national organizations, Arthur has managed companies in the UK, Australia, and Asia.
Arthur Kiong
Arthur Kiong is the Chief Executive Officer of Far East Hospitality, which is part of Far East Orchard Limited, a listed company under Far East Organization.
Having joined Far East in July 2012, Mr Kiong has provided key leadership in growing the organisation’s hospitality property development and management business through joint-ventures and acquisitions. Over the last 6 years, Far East Hospitality's portfolio grew from 18 properties in Singapore to over 90 properties across Australia, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, New Zealand and Singapore.
Over the last 30 years of his career, Mr Kiong has worked internationally for some of the most prominent brands in the hotel industry including Westin, Hyatt, Mandarin Oriental and The Ritz-Carlton. He brings deep and broad experience across all aspects of the hospitality business from operations to marketing and business development.
Arturo Bris
Professor Arturo Bris is the Director of IMD World Competitiveness Center. At IMD he directed the Advanced Strategic Management program from 2009-2014. He has directed programs for senior executives in several industries and continents.
Prior to joining IMD, Professor Bris was the Robert B & Candice J. Haas Associate Professor of Corporate Finance at the Yale School of Management (USA). A Research Associate of the European Corporate Governance Institute, and a member of the Yale International Institute for Corporate Governance, he has worked extensively on issues of Corporate Governance, Financial Regulation, and International Valuation.
Professor Bris taught Corporate Finance and Investment Banking at Yale from 1998 to 2005, where he received the Best Teacher Award twice. His consulting experience includes companies in both the US and Europe.
Arun Kumar
Arun Kumar is a regional director at ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management division of Zoho Corporation. He has been working with ManageEngine since 2003. In his current role, he leads all channel and partner-related initiatives for the company in both the United Kingdom (UK) and Asia Pacific (APAC) markets.
Arvind Sankaran
As a venture partner at Jungle Ventures, Arvind helps the firm source, evaluate and manage portfolio companies in the fintech space focused on the ASEAN/India geographies. Arvind leverages deep subject-matter expertise in global financial services to serve founders, investors and institutions.
Prior experiences in ASEAN and EMEA over two decades at Citi, Barclays and HSBC include startup of credit card and branch networks; transformation of local and cross-border wealth value propositions; and pioneering deployment of analytics in risk and CRM. Arvind works closely with founders at big data, AI/machine learning applied to regulatory compliance, and alt-lending startups.
He also serves as senior advisor at McKinsey & Company, working directly with financial services clients on digital transformation agenda. Arvind is a regular speaker on fintech and related topics, recent engagements being at the Hong Kong Fintech Week 2017 and Global Fintech Summit SG 2016.
