Elis is the Executive Director of Transfer Pricing at BDO Tax Advisory Pte Ltd, part of the world's 5th largest accounting network. Elis has extensive experience with Big 4 firms, as the Head of Transfer Pricing, Asia-Pacific region for one of the largest multinational insurance groups based in the United States, as well as a stint with the tax policy division at the Singapore Ministry of Finance.
She handles all aspects of transfer pricing including documentation compliance, planning and controversy management work. Her unique combination of professional experiences helps her consider transfer pricing issues from multiple perspectives, offering practical and flexible solutions to her clients in both Singapore, as well as the Asia-Pacific region.

Elise is the founder of www.startupixel.com. She is currently working for a super angel fund and prior to this, she started an entrepreneurial program, Startup Leadership Program, with a few friends and worked for business incubator based in Singapore, accelerating start-ups. Her passion lies in mentoring, advising, connecting, and funding tech start-ups.

Ella Sherman, a Singapore PR, has worked for over 20 years in Human Resources Management in London, Hong Kong and Singapore for Chase Manhattan Bank, UBS, CSFB, Credit Agricole WI Carr, Goldman Sachs and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ella is currently the Director of Human Resources and People Talent for Ps-engage Global Government Relations, a company facilitating multinational organisations build better relationships with their regulators.
She gained a rounded HR training working in various functions: Generalist (including Recruitment), International Compensation, Benefits & Relocation and Pensions Administration.
Recipient of the Chase Manhattan Bank 'Chase Service Star Award' awarded as 'Recognition given to employees who go beyond and above the call of their duty in their interactions with colleagues and customers'.
Eloise Sutton-Kirkby
Eloise leads marketing and is Director at HRBoss. She brings 10 years of marketing experience and a background in HR/recruiting to the table...plus a dash of social media mojo and Asian-market savvy. Prior to HRBoss, Eloise joined Michael Page International and took a bold step relocating from UK to Tokyo, where she lived and worked for 5 years before relocating to Singapore in 2013. Eloise graduated with a double first MA from Glasgow University in her native Britain and has lived and worked in Asia ever since.
Emon Zaman
Emon Zaman is Senior Vice President and Head of Asia Pacific at AVEVA. AVEVA is a leader in engineering and industrial software that is at the heart of the world’s most ambitious and complex projects and assets in the Process and Power industries.
Emon’s team is responsible for driving the growth, adoption and support of AVEVA’s industry leading technologies within the Asia Pacific region enabling Performance Intelligence within the Process and Manufacturing industries. Over the last 15 years, he has held a variety of roles within AVEVA including Strategy, Sales and Service Delivery.
Prior to AVEVA, Emon was at Aspen Technology in Sales and Service Delivery roles driving adoption of new technologies. Earlier in his career, Emon worked in Engineering projects in the Petrochemical and Oil & gas industries.
Emon graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from University of Calgary.
Emon is currently based in Singapore and recently moved from Houston, Texas after spending 10 years in the US.
Eric Chin
Eric is the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) of InCorp Group. He provides consultancy to local and foreign entities on the ideal market-entry strategies for setting up or expanding operations in Southeast Asia.
Before joining InCorp, he was the Senior Vice President and Team Lead of the International Subsidiaries Banking division of HSBC and OCBC.
An ex-corporate banker for more than 11 years, he has extensive experience in working with companies of different sizes: tech startups, scaleups, international SMEs, and multinational corporations in Singapore and the rest of the world.
At present, Eric regularly participates as a guest speaker in business forums sponsored or organised by the Singaporean government or by InCorp’s corporate partners. He also participates as an advisor in mentorship programs for tech startups in Singapore.
