Ingrid Estrada
Ingrid Estrada is Chief Administrative Officer and Chief of Staff at Keysight Technologies. Her responsibilities include directing Keysight's global policies and programmes for leadership and talent development, compensation, benefits, staffing and workforce planning, human resources systems, education and organisational development, workplace strategies, global sourcing and indirect procurement and ensuring effective and efficient internal company operations. She holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and an Executive MBA from Stanford University.

A 16-year UPSer, Ingrid Sidiadinoto is the Managing Director of UPS Singapore, responsible for the strategic management of the Singapore business. Prior to this appointment in 2011, Ingrid was Director of Industrial Engineering in UPS South Asia District, spearheading business expansions in India, Vietnam, Australia, Malaysia, and Thailand.

Etay Maor is an Executive Security Advisor at IBM Security, where he leads security and fraud fighting awareness and research. Previously, Etay was the Head of Cyberthreat Research at RSA Labs where he managed malware research and intelligence teams and was part of cutting-edge security research. He is an established speaker at major industry events like RSA Conference in Singapore, leading key discussions like “White Hats' and Cybercriminals’ New Tool: Artificial Intelligence” and “Facing Financial Fraud Head On: Cybersecurity Best Practices”.

Irene Mira is the Deputy Director of Arbitration & ADR for South Asia, at the ICC International Court of Arbitration, as part of the ICC Dispute Resolution Services. In her present role, Irene oversees business development, capacity building and knowledge management portfolios across 22 jurisdictions in South Asia, Southeast Asia and Oceania.
