Koh Kong Meng
Koh Kong Meng is Managing Director, Southeast Asia and Singapore, HP. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for driving HP’s vision and go-to-market (GTM) strategy to achieve growth and profitability and the strengthening of HP’s Advanced Manufacturing as well as a global Print Research and Development footprint in Singapore.
Kong Meng was previously Vice President and Head of the Personal Systems Category for Greater Asia at HP Inc. During his tenure, he oversaw HP’s commercial and consumer computing businesses including PCs, thin clients, VR, retail solutions, as well as services in the region. The Greater Asia market for HP consists of Japan, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, and Southeast Asia.
With 30 years of leadership experience in the IT industry in Asia, Kong Meng has a track record of delivering stellar business outcomes. Prior to HP, he spent over nine years with Lenovo in various leadership positions across their Enterprise Business Group, ASEAN Commercial Business and Desktop Business Unit.
Kong Meng sits on the IT Advisory Council for the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
Koh Soo How & Kexin Lim
Koh Soo How is a Tax Partner with PwC Services LLP, Singapore. He specialises in Goods and Services Tax (GST) and has significant GST advisory experience in the areas of business restructuring, supply chain transformation, and cross-border transactions. He helps businesses improve their GST compliance and advises clients on dispute analysis and resolution matters arising from audits conducted by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore. While, Kexin Lim is a manager in PwC Singapore’s Tax Financial Services team. She works on Singaporean and international tax projects for clients across various industries. Kexin is a contributor to the annual World Bank-PwC Paying Taxes publication. She is versed in Total Tax Contribution methodology, having been seconded with PwC UK’s Total Tax Contribution (TTC) thought leadership team.
Kristine Lauria
Startup specialist and marketing expert, Kristine Lauria joined Elance-oDesk as Country Manager for Singapore in 2014. After moving from Silicon Valley in 2011, she has been a strong advocate of the Singapore startup ecosystem -- organising the annual Walkabout.sg, running thelist.sg, and working with startups. Kristine is a mentor at The Founders Institute and at Joyful Frog Digital Incubator.
Kristy Castleton
Kristy Castleton is the founder and MD of Rebel & Soul, a socially conscious business who produce highly memorable events for global brands across Asia Pacific. Kristy is both the rebel and the soul, an extrovert and a geek. Her passion for neuroscience and technology teamed with a love for parties and new experiences, drove her to set up an agency that does things a little differently to all the rest.
Rebel and Soul work with brands like Heineken, HSBC, Chanel and MINI and agencies such as Dentsu and Saatchi & Saatchi to create events that pack a punch. Think wearables, gamification, holograms and virtual reality mixed with awesome music and a free flow bar. Rebel & Soul’s vision is to drive event technology to be the new frontier of marketing in Asia. Kristy spent years working on weird and wonderful events and campaigns in Europe at festivals, F1’s and the Olympics and wanted to bring a snippet of the event marketing fun out east.
Kristy was nominated Campaign Asia to be on their Women to Watch list. Team Rebel also provide pro bono event consultancy for local charities, not for profits and initiatives including Billion Bricks, the Thomson Reuters Trust Forum, 100 Resilient Cities initiative by the Rockefeller Foundation and their global giving partner Buy1Give1.
Kunaciilan Nallappan
Kuna is the Solution Marketing Director for Asia-Pacific in F5. Prior to joining F5, he was the APAC product marketing manager in EMC. Kuna has more than 15 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industry having done sales, channel & product management, and marketing. He holds an Engineering Degree from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and an MBA from Nanyang Business School, Singapore.
Kyle Hegarty
Kyle Hegarty is the Managing Director for TSL Marketing Singapore. A seasoned sales, leadership and communications trainer and coach, Kyle focuses on building sales pipelines for his clients and working with executive teams to develop localized leadership strategies across APAC and the globe. He researches and writes about the realities of business globalization in a post-globalization world.
A frequent speaker at worldwide business and management conferences, Kyle's work has been covered in The Straits Times, MSNBC, CNN, Dispatches Europe and Fortune.
Kyle is currently using his communications skills to persuade his family to allow him to train for his 5th IronMan distance triathlon. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bowdoin College where he majored in International Relations and Economics.
Lai Ki Cheng
Cheng Lai Ki is a Cyber Operations Consultant in Horangi’s headquarters in Singapore. Equipped with advanced degrees in Criminology, Intelligence, and International Security, he brings with him over eight years working and researching in the security field. He was a former military officer from the armed forces, where he was an instructor specialising in strategy and operational tactics. Professionally and academically published within the field of cyber security in Europe and Asia, Cheng Lai Ki brings a unique cross-industry and interdisciplinary perspective towards cyber security. He is actively involved in Horangi’s intelligence, security management and incident response operations with clients in the APAC region.
Lai Poon Piau
Lai Poon Piau is the Executive Director at Workplace Safety and Health Council, Singapore
