Marieke is the Practice Leader of Organisation Surveys & Insights and heads up the employee research line of business within Towers Watson Hong Kong. Marieke has worked in the field of employee research for over fifteen years, and has gained extensive experience working in different offices round the world.
Marina Mathews
Marina Mathews is a PR and marketing communications veteran with 25 years of experience spanning Singapore, Australia, and the Middle East.
As Managing Director of Marina Mathews Communications, she has held senior leadership positions in multinational PR agencies for the last 15 years. Marina has represented many international brands, including Discovery Network, Fairmont, Gulf Air, KLM, Leica, Moet Hennessy Diageo, Netflix, Nike, P&G, Six Senses and Qantas, among others.
During Marina’s tenure with Bahrain national airline, Gulf Air, Marina was responsible for managing marketing activities, including events, branding and media relations for three seasons of the Bahrain Grand Prix.
Marina has also worked with top celebrities, artistes, and business personalities such as Alec Monopoly, David Foster, Jackson Galaxy, and Paris Hilton, as well as multiple Michelin-Starred Chefs including Christian Le Squer and Gary Rhodes.
In 2015, Marina was listed in the PR Week Global Power Book as one of the world’s most influential PR professionals. Marina is also a regular guest lecturer at Singapore universities on the topic of crisis communications
Marjet Andriesse
Marjet Andriesse is the Managing Director in APAC and responsible for leading and driving the growth strategy and customer relationships for Telstra’s Enterprise and Wholesale business across the region. Marjet is also a leader on Telstra’s Diversity and Inclusion council, where she advocates and leads inclusion initiatives within and on behalf of the company.
She has more than 25 years’ experience spanning industries including telecommunications, logistics as well as HR Services in a variety of leadership positions. Marjet has particular expertise in driving customer experience, revenue and profitability growth, leading companies through transition as well as organizational management for technology and professional services firms across Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Telstra, Marjet served as Managing Director across Randstad’s businesses in Eastern Europe, the Netherlands and Japan. Marjet is a Dutch native and holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands.

She is a seasoned leader, with more than 25 years’ experience in driving customer satisfaction, sales and revenue growth, leading companies through transition as well as organizational management for technology and professional services firms across Europe and Asia.
As the general manager and vice president of Red Hat, Marjet is instrumental in driving the next phase of growth for the company in the Asia-Pacific region and leading initiatives to enable customer success with open hybrid cloud technology. In this role, Marjet also manages the engagement with enterprise customers and the emerging technologies sales and support capabilities across the Asia Pacific region.
Marjet’s experience spans industries including logistics and telecommunications as well as HR services in a variety of leadership positions. Before joining Red Hat, Marjet was the managing director of Telstra in Asia Pacific responsible for delivering the company’s corporate strategy in the region. Prior to Telstra, Marjet’s career also included working with Randstad and KPN NV in national and international management positions spanning Europe and Asia.
Marjet is a Dutch native and holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Groningen, The Netherlands.
