Rajesh Yohannan is the Managing Director and CEO of OANDA Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. An entrepreneurial, results-oriented executive with extensive experience in financial services, digital marketing, mobile banking, mobile payments, call center management, operations and technology, he is responsible for driving OANDA’s continued growth across the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining OANDA, Rajesh was the Managing Director and Global Mobile Banking Head at Citibank.

Rakesh Bhatia
Rakesh Bhatia is an experienced banker with over 26 years of experience with HSBC - across Asia, UK and Middle East - followed by a stint as the CEO of an independent Private Bank in India. Having done a variety of global, regional and country roles, his knowledge of the financial services industry ranges from Commercial & Corporate Banking, Trade & Receivables Finance, Investment banking and FinTech in recent years.
With his background as an International Manager at one of the most global organisations in the world, he has understood and assimilated different cultures.
For the past three years, Rakesh has travelled extensively across Silicon Valley, New York, London, Hong Kong, and Barcelona to interact, learn and gain insights into the trends and growth of FinTech, on its new business models, delivery modes, analytics, data usage and customer engagement merger and evolution.
As a traditional banker, he is aware of the magnitude of disruption caused by new technologies, and understands the significance of a merger between traditional and new businesses to build a powerful hybrid of a future financial company.
His current focus is to help companies - young and established - to navigate, bridge and emerge in the new world of Financial Technology.
He is a co-founder of a startup Hektor SG, a Singapore based financial intelligence app aimed at millennials to empower them with financial liberty to achieve their goals. He also holds C-level executive positions at B2B & B2B2C FinTech companies across SME Online Lending, Insurtech, SME Global Platform and a Co-working cum incubator in India.
Ravi Naik
Ravi Naik is the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President for Corporate Strategy at Seagate Technology.
With over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, Ravi Naik has successfully led large transformative initiatives, leveraging ideas and technology platforms focused on future growth and opening new business models and markets. Prior to joining Seagate in 2017, Ravi was the senior vice president of technology at Katerra, a technology startup revolutionising the construction industry by transforming the way buildings and spaces come to life. Before Katerra, in 2007 Ravi joined SanDisk to lead an enterprise-wide transformation initiative. Following the success of the SanDisk transformation, he was appointed as CIO, remaining with the organisation through its sale to Western Digital in 2016. Before that, he held leadership positions at Mercury Interactive, Hewlett Packard, and 3Com Corporation. Naik holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Bombay in India.
Ravi Rajendran
Ravi Rajendran is Cohesity vice president for Asia Pacific.
Ravi is an experienced regional leader and industry veteran, with 30 years of experience in the information and communications technology industry. As the Asia-Pacific Vice President, Ravi leads Cohesity's sales, channels and alliances, operations and marketing team throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Ravi is responsible for growing the business, by leveraging Cohesity's market leading suite of Data Management solutions, and deepening relationships with both customers and partners.
Prior to joining Cohesity, Ravi was the Vice President for the Asia South Region at Veritas, where he grew the Asia South region significantly and extended the vendors market leadership in each country. Before joining Veritas, Ravi spent over ten years with Hitachi Data Systems as Vice President & General Manager for the ASEAN & India region, where he played a pivotal role in identifying and successfully capitalising on fast-growing business territories, and championing the organisation's business transformation agenda. Preceding these roles, Ravi held positions as the Director of Channels for Asia-Pacific & Japan at McData and Regional Country Manager for EMC in Singapore and emerging markets in South-East Asia. At EMC, Ravi led a significant increase in market share through strong customer growth in the financial and government sectors.
Ravi holds a B.Eng (Hons), Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the National University of Singapore, and has completed IMD (International Institute for Management Development)'s High Performance Leadership program.
