Susan Bell
Susan Bell is the Global Vice President and General Manager of Sealed Air’s Temperature Assurance business, which provides end to end supply chain solutions and insulative materials to solve customers’ complex fulfillment challenges as part of the Product Care Division. She is responsible for leading the global Temperature Assurance business team which is charged with creating the Temperature Assurance strategy, driving operational excellence to meet customer needs, catalyzing and executing mergers and acquisitions and developing new business to ensure Temperature Assurance drives value in the global supply chain.
Susan joined Sealed Air in 2016 as the Global Vice President of Strategy, Business Development and M&A for Product Care responsible for leading the global team to create the divisional strategy, executing mergers and acquisitions, developing new business, generating customer and market intelligence to ensure the division outperforms the market.
Susan has more than 20 years of global marketing and sales experience in strategy, business development, and global account leadership across consumer and industrial markets. Prior to joining Sealed Air Susan has worked for leading companies such as Sonoco, Stanley-Black & Decker, Ingersoll Rand and Newell-Rubbermaid.

Susheela A.Varghese, PhD is the Associate Professor of Corporate Communication Education of Lee Kong Chian School of Business, and the Director of Centre for English Communication.
Syed Suroor Anwar
Syed Suroor Anwar has vast international experiences in Asia, Europe and North America with key e-commerce and technology companies.
At present he is working at the position of Vice President–Strategy and Commercial for RS components–Asia Pacific. In his current capacity he is responsible to formulate the Go-to-market Strategy for RS APAC and implement that through managing the overall product and supplier offer on the website and sales enablement through digital marketing, sales effectiveness and customer experience.
Suroor has been with RS components for more than seven years in multiple roles across the business. He has extensive work experience in P&L management, Transformation Sourcing and Supply chain with companies like SKF and Tata Motors in India where he was responsible for setting up green field projects and establishing their supply chain and vendor management functions
In 2011, Suroor moved to Singapore to work with Applied Materials Inc to formulate and drive the contract manufacturing strategy and supplier quality improvement before joining RS.
He is a mechanical engineer by qualification from the Indian Institute of Technology–Delhi and also holds a Six Sigma Master Black belt and Lean Master certifications. Suroor is also a fond writer and contributor to some of the pioneering works in Continuous Improvement books and Forums.
Sylvia Metayer
Sylvia Metayer is President of Sodexo's International Large Accounts. She is a trustee of the Quebec Labrador Foundation, a member of the European Professional Women's Network and of HEC au Féminin, and a former Board Member of the New England Franco American Chamber of Commerce. Sylvia holds a business degree from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Paris, France. She is also a graduate of Queen's University, Canada and the University of Ottawa.
Ta-Wei Chao
Ta-Wei Chao is the Executive Director of ESSEC Institute for Research and Education on Negotiation (IRENE) Asia, ESSEC Asia-Pacific and a business and negotiation expert on China. A former visiting scholar in ESSEC Business School, his research works focused on “Cross-Cultural Negotiation and Conflict Management”, “Leadership and Decision-Making” and “M&A Management”. He is a senior trainer who hosts workshops on negotiation and leadership frequently in Europe and Asia.

Tan Beng Tee
Ms. Tan Beng Tee is the Executive Director of the Singapore Maritime Foundation. She leads the organisation's strategic mission as a conduit between the public and private sectors to collectively position Singapore as an International Maritime Centre (IMC), as well as to attract and develop talent to support the growth of the maritime cluster.
From 2012 to 2020, Ms. Tan was the Assistant Chief Executive (Development) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), where she spearheaded the development of Singapore as a leading maritime capital, forged MPA’s international ties and linkages, oversaw port policies, and charted organisation-wide plans.
Prior to joining MPA, Ms. Tan was Director (Corporate Group) at the International Enterprise Singapore (now merged into Enterprise Singapore).
For her service in developing Singapore as an IMC, Ms. Tan received the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 1997, (Silver) (Bar) in 2012, and (Gold) in 2020. Ms. Tan received a Lifetime Achievement Award from Lloyd's List in 2008, and Seatrade in 2018.
Ms. Tan holds a degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma in Shipping from the Norad Fellowship in Oslo, Norway.
Tan Choon Leng
Choon Leng is one of the founding members of RHTLaw Taylor Wessing. He is concurrently the firm’s Head of M&A and Head of Private Wealth practice groups. Choon Leng is dually qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales and as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore. Prior to founding RHTLaw Taylor Wessing, Choon Leng was in the Asian transaction team of a leading international law firm.
