The firms come from the energy, tech, and creative sectors.
The Welsh Government will bring nine businesses to a trade mission in Singapore from 16 to 19 October, according to a press release.
They will attend a number of meetings and a reception at the Singapore Cricket Club, as well as arranging one-to-one meetings.
The nine businesses come from energy, technology, creative and manufacturing sectors. They will be hosted at the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore and received by British deputy high commissioner to the Republic of Singapore Alex McKenzie.
Around 4,000 companies from Wales and the rest of the UK have a presence in Singapore, employing more than 50,000 people.
