
National Environment Agency signs US$3.6mln software contract
Project to use Anacle.CPM™ software to streamline business processes and improve productivity of 114 hawker centres.
Anacle Systems Pte Ltd, a leading provider of property and energy management solutions, on Monday announced that Singapore’s National Environment Agency (NEA) has chosen Anacle CPM™, Anacle Systems’ Commercial Property Manager software, for their Hawker Management System which manages 114 hawker centres with over 15,000 stalls across Singapore, according to an Anacle report.
The Anacle CPM™ software will support NEA in the overall system implementation and maintenance services for its Hawker Management System. The US$3.6m (S$4.7m) contract, the largest awarded by NEA to date, covers hawker stalls lease application and management; collection of rents; hawker centres facility management, hygiene inspection and enforcement; real‐time budget monitoring with financial and management reporting.
