Chart of the Day: Singapore's NODX to Malaysia up 21.3% in September

Thanks to higher exports of integrated circuits (IC), special fabrics & products, and specialised machinery.

This chart from International Enterprise Singapore (IE Singapore) shows the non-oil domestic exports (NODX) to Malaysia rose by 21.3% in September, up from the 12.4% growth in August.

This was led by higher exports of integrated circuits (IC), special fabrics & products, and specialised machinery.

Meanwhile, NODX to China grew by 9.6% after a 43.2% expansion last month due to non-monetary gold, petrochemicals, and measuring instruments.

NODX growth to Japan also rose to 18.1% due to specialised machinery, measuring instruments, and pharmaceuticals.
