PM Lee to visit Melbourne, Australia for leaders' meeting, special summit
He will be in Australia from 4 March to 6 March.
Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will be in Melbourne, Australia, from 4 March to 6 March to attend the 9th Singapore-Australia Annual Leaders’ Meeting and the ASEAN-Australia Special Summit.
During his visit, PM Lee will discuss bilateral cooperation and exchange views on regional and international developments with his Australian counterpart, Anthony Albanese.
After the meeting, PM Lee will join other leaders and exchange views on regional and global issues of mutual concern and how ASEAN can continue working with Australia to build an open, inclusive, and stable region.
Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Vivian Balakrishnan will accompany PM Lee on his Australia visit.
During PM Lee’s absence, Deputy Prime Minister Lawrence Wong will be the Acting Prime Minister.
