SG, China ink 3 MOUs on trade and investment
China is the 2nd largest country where Singapore companies have a presence.
Singapore and China inked three memoranda of agreement (MOUs) on trade and investment at the Singapore-China economic partnership conference held by the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT).
The first MOU focuses on business activities facilitation to promote commercial and industrial relations between both countries.
The second focuses on capacity-building support for Chinese and Singapore enterprises in intellectual property protection, management, and dispute resolution.
The third MOU provides business communities from both countries with mediation and arbitration support as an alternative dispute resolution platform to enhance trade and investment cooperation in the region.
