Singapore is 10th best city for digital nomads to live in: study

Average monthly cost of living is at $1,571 (£915.50).

The Lion City is the tenth best city for digital nomads to reside in for 2023, with a wifi speed of 102 mbps, Solopress’ study showed.

Average hourly rate for creative roles in Singapore is at $66.80 (£38.91) whilst the cost of hot desking per month is at $679 (£396.09).

Top city for digital nomads is Istanbul, followed by Bangkok. Solopress said Istanbul topped the rankings because of its affordable living and lowest hot desk cost with just $109 (£64). Bangkok, meanwhile, offers the lowest cost of one-month Airbnb rental at $2,019 (£1,176).

Next is Hong Kong and Las Vegas whilst Budapest landed at the fifth spot.

This was followed by Washington and Los Angeles then Toronto and Berlin.

Solopress has evaluated 30 cities across a variety of metrics to find out which are the best locations for creative digital nomads to reside.
