Karin's arm inks distribution deal with CommVault

Simpana software will now reach HK, Macau.

According to a release, SGX Mainboard-listed Karin Technology Holdings Limited announced that its subsidiary, Sen Spirit Technology Limited has formally signed an agreement with CommVault to distribute the full series of its Simpana® software in Hong Kong and Macau.

CommVault offers Singular Information Management® solutions for high-performance data protection, universal availability and simplified management of data on complex storage networks.

CommVault's exclusive single-platform architecture gives companies unprecedented control over data growth, costs and risk. CommVault's Simpana® suite of software products is designed to work together seamlessly from the ground up, sharing a single code and common function set to deliver superlative data protection, archive, replication, search and resource management capabilities.

Today, CommVault's Simpana® software is widely applied in different vertical industries worldwide, including manufacturing, finance, telecommunications and retail.
