Keppel’s offshore arm clinches contracts worth $125m from repeat customers
It secured four contracts in total.
Keppel’s offshore and marine division has inked new contracts from repeat customers, which usually signifies that they were satisfied with their previous transactions.
According to a statement by Keppel, Keppel O&M’s wholly-owned subsidiary Keppel Shipyard has secured two conversion contracts, one for a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Floating Storage Unit (FSU) vessel, while another one for a Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessel.
Meanwhile, for Keppel O&M’s overseas yards, Keppel FELS Brasil SA's BrasFELS shipyard in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, secured a FPSO integration contract , while Caspian Shipyard Company in Baku, Azerbaijan, has secured a barge enhancement contract.
