Loyz Energy clarifies September 11 announcement
The clarification involves the supposed shares of a director.
Loyz Energy Limited refers to the announcement made on the Notice of a Director's (including a director who is a substantial shareholder) Interest and Change in Interest in respect of Mr Kwan Weng Kwong.
“The Company wishes to clarify that the aggregate of 5,765,000 shares that Mr Kwan is deemed interested in are held in the name of his spouse, Mdm Low Guek Peh, and his sister, Mdm Kwan Lin Siew,” said the clarification.
