Loyz Energy launches $250m multicurrency medium-term note programme

It will be used for investments and refinancing existing borrowings.

Mainboard-listed Loyz Energy has launched a $250m multicurrency medium-term note programme, under which the company will from time to time issue notes in series or tranches in Singapore dollars or any other currency.

The net proceeds arising from the issue of Notes under the MTN Programme will be used for investments, capital expenditure requirements of the Company and its subsidiaries and corporate funding, including financing of working capital and refinancing of existing borrowings.
