Technics Oil & Gas subsidiary incorporates Central Testing Centre

Principal activities are ship repair and inspection & testing for offshore equipment.

The Board of Directors of Technics Oil & Gas Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary V Offshore Engineering Pte Ltd has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in Central Testing Centre Pte Ltd.

Issued and paid-up capital is S$100, and shares are held by VOE by way of subscription of 100 ordinary shares of S$1 each.

Principal activities are repair of ships, tankers, and other ocean-going vessels as well as inspection & testing for offshore equipment in the oil & gas and marine industry.

According to the announcement, the rational for the investment is to expand the group’s businesses into the growing oil & gas and marine market which is currently at the uptrend.
