Noble kills three wholly-owned subsidiaries

All were let go for US$1 each.

Noble Group Limited (Noble) disposed of three wholly-owned companies for US$1 each.

According to an announcement, the three companies Noble sold are Silverblatt Limited (Silverblatt) and RawMart Holdings Limited (RawMart Holdings) in the British Virgin Islands and Noble Energy (NEI) in the Cayman Islands.

Additionally, RawMart Holdings' wholly-owned subsidiaries RawMart.Com Inc. and RawMart Internet Services Inc. have also been let go from Noble.
