Noble raises price for Noble Americas disposal
Base consideration price rose from $274.89m to $295.3m.
The price of Noble Group Limited's (NGL) disposal of Noble Americas Corp (NAC) to Vitol US Holding Co has been raised from $274.89m (US$202m) to $295.3m (US$217m).
According to an announcement, the parties have agreed that NAC’s equity interests in NPI will be sold to NPI as part of the disposal, rather than to have the opportunity to sell the same to a third party.
The parties also agreed to remove the deal's conditions needed to be met in order to proceed with the closing.
The closing will no longer require approvals by the Columbian Superintendency of Industry and Commerce, which is required by the country's competition law, and the South Korean Fair Trade Commission, which is required by South Korea's Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act.
