Baker Technology appoints Ang Miah Khiang as director

He spent the greater part of his career in the small-medium enterprise financing business.

Baker Technology announced the appointment of Ang Miah Khiang as independent director.

Mr Ang, 59, will also be a member of the Audit Committee.

Mr Ang Miah Khiang spent the greater part of his career in the small-medium enterprise financing business, having held the position of Managing Director of GE Commercial Financing (formerly known as Heller Financial). He was also concurrently the regional director for GE related businesses in the Asia Pacific. More recently, he was Director, Corporate Advisory of Stone Forest Corporate Advisory, according to a Baker Technology report.

Mr Ang Miah Khiang is a non-practising Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Singapore. He is also an independent director of Uni-Asia Holdings Limited, Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited and PS Group Holdings.
