SBI Offshore announced the resignation of Chan Kin Seng as chief operating officer.
Mr Chan, 63, was responsibile for overseeing the Company's operations and providing support for technical and/or commercial bids as well as project management.
He was appointed to the post 2 April 2013, according to an SBI Offshore report.
