Engro Corporation's Director Tan Keng Boon resigns
He will focus more on his core work commitments.
The Board of Engro Corporation announced the resignation of Tan Keng Boon as Director to reduce personal workload so as to concentrate on his core work commitments and to facilitate Board renewal of directors pursuant to corporate governance principles.
Aside from being non-executive Independent Director Mr Tan, 67, was also Chairman of Remuneration Committee and Member of Audit Committee, according to a Engro report.
