Ezra Holdings promotes Eugene Cheng Chee Mun to CFO

He was a senior executive in major global financial organizations.

Ezra Holdings announced the appointment of Eugene Cheng Chee Mun as chief financial officer effective 1 November 2013.

Mr Cheng, 36, will be responsible for all financial matters of the Group which includes financial reporting, strategic financial planning, and treasury, according to an Ezra Holdings report.

He is general manager (Finance) of the Company from October 2012 until his appointment. Before this, he was senior vice president (South East Asia Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisition), J.P. Morgan (S.E.A.) from June 2010 to October 2012 and vice president (South East Asia Investment Banking) of Citigroup Global Markets Singapore (formerly Salomon Smith Barney) from April 2004 to June 2010.
