Universal Resource and Services announced the resignation of Gao Yulin as executive director and chief operating officer. He was also a member of the Nominating Committee.
Mr Gao, 58, was primarily responsible for the group's operations, controls, overseeing new and on-going projects of the group.
He was appointed to the post on 10 March 2006, according to a Universal Resource and Services report.
