GSS Energy named Fung Kau Lee as director

He is co-founder of Verde Asia Fund.

Mr. Fung, 60, is deemed to have the requisite experience and capability to assume the responsibility of a director.

Mr. Fung was investigated by the Investment Dealers Association of Canada in 2001 for the conduct of an employee he was supervising while working for HSBC (Canada). The case was closed with a settlement of C$25,000 and with no admission of guilt. He then became vice president for HSBC Brokerage (USA).

He was also director of Asia Operations for Verde Asia Fund from 2006 to 2008. He is director of Sundan Pacific since 2007 and for Artemis Investment Advisory since 2013. He is managing director for Cinda-Newbridge Investment Management Company since 2015.
