Interra Resources names Lim Hock San as Director

He is President & CEO of United Industrial Corporation and Singapore Land for 20 years.

The Board of Interra Resources announced the appointment of Lim Hock San as Director effective 1 September 2012. The Board had considered the Nominating Committee's recommendation and assessment on the level of experience and also undertook an assessment of the independence of Mr. Lim Hock San, and is satisfied that it is in the Company's interest to appoint him as an independent director.

He is also a Member of the Audit Committee, the Nominating Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Lim, 65, is the President & Chief Executive Officer of United Industrial Corporation Limited and Singapore Land Limited since 1992, according to an Interra Resources report.
