Mr Simpson retired from the Board by rotation.
The Board of Jasper Investments announced the retirement of Steven Barry Simpson as Director.
Mr Simpson, 61, was Chairman of Remuneration Committee; member of Audit and Nominating Committees, according to a Jasper Investments report.
He was appointed to the post 28 July 2010.
