Asia Power Corporation announced the resignation of Li Tianming as vice president.
Mr Li, 37, was overall in charge of Group's operations in Singapore and involve in the group's corporate finance, business development, alliance with external parties and group's startegy setting.
He was appointed to the post 1 January 2007, according to an Asia Power Corporation report.
