Mr. Lu, 40, was appointed on February 17, 2015. He was responsible for carrying out the strategic plan agreed by the Board and the day-to-day running of the Group’s business and its subsidiaries. He reasoned out other job opportunities and career advancement.
His resignation will take effect on February 28, 2017.
