Mencast Holdings appoints David Ivan Leow as director

He will also be chairman of Corporate Strategy and Communications as well as member of Audit Committee and Renumeration Committee.

The Board of Mencast Holdings announced the appointment of David Ivan Leow as director.

Mr Leow, 43, has also been appointed Chairman of the newly established Corporate Strategy and Communications Committee in recognition of the Group’s significant increase in scale and the Code of Corporate Governance 2012 recommendation to establish processes for regular, effective and fair communication with shareholders, according to a Mencast Holdings report.

In the past, he was chief executive officer of Thaler Group from January 2006 to June 2013, vice president of UOB Kay Hian from September 2004 to December 2005 and vice president of Thaler Group from January 2002 to August 2004.
