Falcon Energy Group announced the resignation of Mohan Raj S/O Charles Abraham as non-executive and non-independent director.
Mr Mohan Raj S/O Charles Abraham, 70, was a member of Audit and Remuneration Committees.
He was appointed to the post 14 July 2006, according to a Falcon Energy Group report.
