Rex International Holding promotes Per Arne Lind to CFO

He replaced Ake Knutsson who, in the capacity as an advisor, will particularly focus on the group's activities in Europe.

Rex International Holding announed the appointment of Per Arne Lind as chief financial officer.

Mr Per Lind, 41, will assume responsibility for overseeing the group's finance, legal, administration and group structural matters. He will also work with the group's CEO in business development, according to a Rex International Holding report.

He was deputy CFO of Rex International Holding from November 2013 to May 2014, vice president of investments of Tangerine Time Pte Ltd from July 2009 to November 2013 and senior vice president, Finance of AEP Investment Management Pte Ltd from March 2008 to November 2008.
