SBI Offshore appoints Jen Shek Voon as director

He is currently the sole proprietor of a firm specialising in international and regional financial and business advisory services.

The Board of SBI Offshore announced the appointment of Jen Shek Voon as lead independent non-executive director.

Mr Jen, 66, will also be chairman of Audit Committee and member of the Nominating Committee, Remuneration Committee and Board Risk Committees, according to an SBI Offshore report.

He is currently the sole proprietor of Jen Shek Voon, Public Accountant Singapore that specialises in international and regional financial and business advisory services since 2003. He is also chairman, Board of Advisers of EV Capital since 2007 and senior adviser, Kokusai Kogyo Holdings from 2008 to 2010.
