SBI Offshore names Chan Kin Seng as General Manager of Operations

Mr Chan Kin Seng who has over 10 years experience in offshore engineering and marine projects.

The Board of SBI Offshore announced the appointment of Chan Kin Seng as General Manager of Operations.

Mr Chan, 61, will be responsible for overseeing the Company's operations and providing support for technical and/or commercial bids as well as project management. Prior to his appointment, he was Senior Project Manager of Triyards Pte. Ltd. from 1 June 2012 to 9 December 2012. Before this he was Project Director of PengLai Jutal Offshore Engineering Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. from 21 September 2011 to 6 May 2012 and Project Manager of Newcruz Offshore Marine Pte. Ltd. from 7 September 2009 to 6 September 2011, according to an SBI Offshore report.
