SBI Offshore announced the resignation of Seet Chong Jeng as chief financial officer effective 30 October 2013.
Mr Seet, 60, was responsible for the Group's accounting and financial matters, according to an SBI Offshore report.
He was appointed to the post 15 August 2012.
