Sincap Group named Lim Jin Wei and Lim Tech Chai as directors
They were both nominated by the committee.
Mr. Lim Jin Wei, 41, is chairman of Audit and Rish committee and member of Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee. He was CFO for Regal International Holdings since May 2013 until February 2015. He joined Choon Hua Trading Corporation as general manager in January 2007. He appointed director and currently its managing director. He was auditor in 1998 and became audit manager in 2004 for Deloitte & Touche, Singapore.
Mr. Lim Tech Chai, 43, is chairman if Nominating Committee and member of Audit and Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee. He is a partner in Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP since 2006.
