He wishes to step down because of his other work commitments.
Otto Marine announced the resignation of William Edward Alastair Morrison as non-executive director.
Mr Alastair, 56, was also a a member of the Audit Committee.
He was appointed to the post 14 April 2008, according to an Otto Marine report.
