The Board of Mirach Energy announced the resignation of Xing Heping as independent director.
Mr Xing, 67, was also chairman of Remuneration Committee, a member of Audit Committee and Nominating Committee, according to a Mirach Energy report.
He was appointed to the post 1 April 2009.
