Yanlord's executive director Hong Zhi Hua resigned
CEO's son to replace him.
Yanlord Land Group said its executive director Hong Zhi Hua had resigned on September 30 to pursue his personal interests.
56-year old Hong had been appointed executive director since September 20, 2016.
Hong was previously director at Singapore Intelligent Eco Island Development Pte. Ltd., Nanjing Zhoudao Property Development Co., Ltd., and Sino-Singapore Nanjing Eco Hi-tech Island Development Co., Ltd.
To replace Hong, Yanlord appointed 29-year old Zhong Ming, the son of Zhong Sheng Jian, the chairman and chief executive officer of the company.
"The Board of Directors of Yanlord Land Group Limited, taking into consideration, inter alia, Mr Zhong Ming's academic qualifications and expertise, working experience and knowledge and that he has been holding various positions within the Group from property management to property development since 2013 and at the recommendation of the Nominating Committee, is satisfied that Mr Zhong Ming possesses the requisite competencies to assume the responsibilities as an Executive Director of the Company," Yanlord said in the announcement.
