Apple Pay launches in Singapore
At present, it can only be used with American Express cards.
Singapore is now part of the growing list of territories where Apple Pay can be used.
In its first launch in the city-statem Apple Pay works with American Express issued cards. It will work with major credit and debit cards from top banks soon, Apple said.
Apple Pay currently can only be used at a handful of store, including FairPrice, Starbucks and Uniqlo.
It will soon be available to use at other stores such as 7Eleven, Giant, Cold Storage and BreadTalk.
In stores, Apple Pay works with iPhone SE, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus and Apple Watch.
